My Christmas in jail.

The officers
Set up a small tree branch
Outside my cell
And hung on it
A lone red ornament
While singing Christmas carols
And offering me milk and cookies
While hoping for peace on Earth
And goodwill towards men
Then they led me out of my cell
And booked me
On charges of murder
