Written Warning / Nofun Policy
On Thursday July 10, 2014, ACCM Stephen Tomato and I spoke with Michael Diver about Nofun Policy. Michael Diver was seen browsing the Fun Committee section of TPAcess researching upcoming Fun events. Michael was reminded that this section of TPAccess is off limits to agents and was advised of the importance of following Teleprison Handbook and Guidelines and if this matter is not corrected immediately can lead up to other disciplinary measures, up to and including termination. Michael and I reviewed Teleprison Handbook as follows;
TPUSA restricts employees’ access to have fun and be happy on the job. Employees shall not have fun for any reason other than for business or approved client purposes. Employees shall not engage in any recreational activities without advance approval from Company management. Personal recreation time is strictly prohibited on or off Company time. Having fun is acceptable only for Company purposes and requires approval from Company administration. Abuse of Nofun Policy may result in revocation of Fun privileges, or other disciplinary measures, up to and including termination. Michael understands and will comply.
