I still have my old internal Iomega Zip 100 Drive that I bought years ago. I also have an external hard drive case that allows me to connect an extra hard disk via USB. I had no idea I could use the two of them together.
This photo shows how I did it. I just took the cover off the case and connected the Zip Drive. When I switched the drive on, it showed up in Explorer as a separate disk drive, allowing me to read data from my Zip Disks for the first time in years. It’s unbelievable I hadn’t thought of this sooner.
